In principle I agree with you, but Titan needs cash pretty badly. It would have been voted on by all of the respective board members of which most hold significant shares in TTM, so unsure whether they would agree to it if not in TTM's best interests.

I prefer this over a cap raise @ 8 cents a share to be honest.

Just stinks. My pessimistic view is M Carr had no intention of paying the full $15m when the deal was originally done.
