I suspect you will get them back within a few days. If they have already deducted them, this is because at this point TPT haven't stated that they won't be buying them. We will find out for sure tomorrow what happens, as TPT can still acquire them if they like, by removing the 90% acceptance, though I think they need a far bigger % to make the offer unconditional and force the purchase of the other shares, so they could still buy them and keep them as minority issue.
I doubt that will happen, but I don't see JKA coming out of suspension anytime soon. I doubt you will have any chance to sell before any CR as they will likely stay suspended until then, but hoping they will finance through alternative methods.
