Worse than wasted - we would be in better shape if they'd never made the bid.

Now we need funding and this fallout will mean basically no chance of a favourable equity raising. Market confidence in the JKA board and management will have been shaken severely and now we need alternative sources of funding pretty desperately.

My own confidence in board and management is shaken as well.
