If I was KW and the board I would sort out the TO issues first before drilling any further holes in the ground. KW, keep going with your TO negotiations which I hope are a fair and reasonable outcome for all. Only then would I expect more drilling to recommence.

The benefits are here for all including the TO. Imagine the benefits to the people there. I resided in a remote indigenous community for several years and the biggest issues from my experience is the lack of employment opportunities for young persons and the total reliance on the government. A project like this is such a massive benefit to this community. (Royalties) They are so lucky to have resources in the ground to benefit their people for such a long period in the future. Other indigenous communities don't have this opportunity to provide funding and opportunities to improve the health, education and general family life of their people. (provided there is no environmental damage)
