Where is the evidence for this borrowing?
Good to see technical people now jointly running MDL, but why do these directors pay themselves >$500 000 a year? Nic Limb and Martin Akland appear to be good managers, but $200 000 should be the absolute maximum as directors. If they are so good, they should buy MDL shares to reap the rewards of their competence - like the rest of us do.
MDL don't run the mine, that is run by TiZir Ltd who are paying people good money to run the mine. Rick Sharp was paid over $500 000 a year to oversea what TiZir Ltd were doing - hardly a full time job.
Perhaps these executives should take a pay cut until MDL pays a consistent dividend. The board also need to be reduced to 3 or 4 directors.
