All SH have to do is ask Paul Veron (DeadKnick) as he sold 67m shares two day's prior to the suspension...he more than sold the stock he hit the bid at whatever level just to get out now if thats not insider I don't know what is....this deal was dead way back as you don't get one of the largest shareholders dumping their ENTIRE holding two days prior...he knew!!
