I have been watching this story for a while and agree there must have been method in the madness for the new team to remove the current management over 3 months and not 3 minutes. I am sure previous management and Board they tried hard but track record is all public Co's can be measured on.
No doubt behind the scenes as with all Companies there was a lot of kicking and screaming in letting go of the steering wheel and it will probably take a little time to wash the toxins and skeletons out of the system.
Despite higher entry prices, this company remains one of the best takeover targets in the junior space (safety net for investors), and as you say - management should be able to get some rubber hitting the road compared to past team.
Proof will be in the pudding-
