Fib, if the sale goes through, then at aminimum this is cheap and trading below cash.
The appt of CIP i had to laugh at. It's the director's private company. Tell me again why he's a director if not to source projects for the company and participate in pretty cheap private placements. All bringing another party in is likely to do is dilute the register further with the 10% of acq value fee and bonus shares.
Ah, well. We know how these things work, don't we. Still not a bad little spec.
