Most juniors like UML would have found a reason to spray cash on stupid deals to keep themselves employed - not the case here under current team as old management have been dealt with and some old board members going. Strategic review = action pending usually. If it takes interested companies 45 days+ to do DD then that would tie in with approx AGM date - great time to announce something ? most companies like having a scoop at their AGM meetings !!

This company is a no brainer for offshore companies or larger local companies looking for a good deal.
If no takeover deals come and company owns Dargues Gold and has $20m in the bank it should still be worth much more than todays price. How many junior co's could raise $20m in todays market ? not many.
