    If you are talking about the agreement to drill by pybar, then as I understand it.
    they can stop at any time. its up to them how much they want to drill and convert to ownership of henty.
    by dec 31 they can get 30% ownership if they drill 3mill dollars worth.
    I am not sure how many meters of drilling that is.
