Nailed it again Zog, understand SER are meeting Monday to decide a course of action, and they have been following this closely.

Major SH interest in both VXL & SER aligned to the majority here, they need to present something credible otherwise current Board, incl retiree's (wimps), will sacrifice this asset in a vain effort to save their own butts.

First priority is preservation of equity in a high quality project, second is naming & shaming the charlatan's that reduced it to this point, and seeking recourse.
