Agree, IMO this announcement very much leans toward confirmation of an acquisition in the wings - they get rid of any last piece of Zyber management in a (non price sensitive!) market update & advise that all future dev. work will be done by a third party, no tech company does that (outsourcing key tech dev.), or if they do it's only the heavy, mundane coding & at the very least - managed by a senior within the actual company (not sure anyone is in the Zyber office??). Presume the line about further dev. was just a phantom remark to please the ASX that ZYB is still a marketable asset.

I personally can't wait for something solid regarding an acquisition, any dilution (& consolidation) will be annoying but still better than waiting another 24mths for ZYB to actually sell something to a real customer!
