Well they have bought themselves some more time, until October at least. They raised some of the money needed to finally close the deal which is a start I suppose. You have to wonder though why chillee is putting up with this. If Morningstar was such a great asset you would be demanding the original payment schedule to be adhered too. To me that smacks of a desperate seller trying too offload something they know that no one else wants. And its not wanted for a reason
