    I would have to agree about SP premium, which could make for interesting trading over the next few days.

    Another possible competing proposer would have to MLX. It could explain why its gold sister co WGX gave up its first right of refusal a few days ago.

    Timing is also interesting, get low-ball bid in now before DD hole results come in!

    Very interesting to watch developments.
