Can he attract funding and people to back him as at this end of the market the SH and Fund providers back the people. Lets hope he can get funding on board and remove some of the risk that is hanging over the company.

Another good suggestion they should look at it to change the company name, no point in putting new people in and then have a name that is forever tarnished.
