They had to do something to try put the brakes on a share price that's been on a constant downhill slide and devalued 75% in the last 12 months I suppose.. On a positive they're only 45 positions away from the lowest price a company could be!
They only missed the mark by a couple of country mile with this announcement. The money and lack there of to pay for anything further unless they plan on paying for things with.. buttons?
