I'm no real expert here but it seems to be saying that it's currently on the ASX as a Listed Investment Company- which is almost like a fund or a business where the only business they are in is investing in other businesses (laymans terms there I hope).
From following this stock for awhile, it seems like they're giving up that approach and are instead going to focus their efforts on Melueuka (sp) honey production and distribution and whatever the partnership with THC is.
So by the sounds of it it's more a bookkeeping change in that they only have to report on their own business activities and not a monthly performance of all the businesses they have controlling stakes in. If they were delisting or whatever I think it would include a trading halt and a much larger notice instead of the half-pager that this is.
Hope this helps, just from what I understand, obligatory DYOR disclaimer.
Cheers,
Hat trick
