    That's interesting "a strategic investment" seems an upbeat way to refer to a private placement to sophisticated and institutional investors.

    If the "strategic investors" were keen on the battery plant then why not simply give them direct exposure to the battery plant?

    Particularly in the name change is going to be representative of the battery direction of MNS.
