Off take is not an issue IMO. Although they probably have to trigger and resolve a few contract mechanisms before they can tear up the contract and make an announcement. AJM are just lucky they hadn't put all their eggs in one basket.

I cant help thinking this might all work in AJM's favour. They needed the offtake agreement in place to secure project funding, however that hurdle has now been cleared and rather than sell spod cheaply into a long-term agreement they will likely get better prices on the spot market.

Yes and Li ETF prices are up and heading North. Up 1.19% today to 126.04. This is a perfect storm for AJM and things could not have played out better even if it was planed! This is going to be a very merry Xmas IMO.
