They didn't waste any body's time intentionally, they had an unofficial offer discussion, duly announced that to the market, worked hard to increase that to a level that would likely receive shareholder approval, that didn't eventuate, they didn't want to insult shareholder value as they said in this mornings announcement, we are going mining as the next offer will be north of $1.50. Be thankful for management, they have done us all a favour, plenty of nervous people would have ticked the accept box if an inferior but profitable offer was put in front of them for say 60 or 70 cents.
Two more speed humps to get over, getting paid and restructuring of debt, both will happen in due course, does anyone really think they are stupid enough to ship large amounts of product without a payment guarantee!!
Lets get this thing rolling, get stage 2 funded and happening and the multiples will take care of themselves very quickly, the numbers haven't been invented. What other business in the world can have such a sales guarantee over so many years.
