Think it's pretty standard to have the option of a CR, just in case

We had for some time speculated that a CR might become necessary but we have had a number of good quarters of production, finances improved and looked like a CR was not required.

Probably the main driver for the CR is the need to advance Ohio creek asap.

Quite frankly if not for the acquisition of Ohio Creek tenements try would be really struggling, IMO
