Yeah, nah - it gives them a longer timeframe than recent expectations (of within two months) which it sounds like they need. Recent director buying while a good overall sign was a signal nothing imminent - this confirms it in my view.
Time to relax and let management do their thing, no need to check in three times daily to see if the BOA ann comes in.
