I appreciate RT buying 43m shares in light of Malcolm leaving the building 3 years ahead of schedule and Regal willing to offload at the same time.

I think the DWX guys vended in at 0.011 (same as the Con Note price a few years ago).

That's 3 senior management (vendors) with significant skin in the game - probably all T10 holders.

Yes - VOR needs to get on with it asap, as at .005 will only be 10c post consolidation.
