The point on Albany spending is they were spruiking this area as the next big thing. But, they've spent shedloads with nothing to show and no prospect of getting any value from that spend and no accountability for that spend.
They are no closer to delivering anything. Shareholders are going to have to sink huge amounts more to realise any of their projects.
