stop talking absolutely garbage. the question was asked do the banks know about the increased writedowns and the answer was yes and that it did not impact any of there facilities and have a great relationship with their banking partners

These are my guesses but I would expect that that there will be a breach of loan conditions. That would allow the lenders to call in the loan straight away - but more likely is that the banks will negotiate and not call the loan in return for a paydown of debt that will require a CR. The Periches would look to be a logical source of equity but there mights be others interested too.
