This sort of stuff really makes me angry.

For any of you shareholders. The questions to ask are:

• who on the Board had senior accounting/audit experience?
• Who is the internal audit manager?
• Who was the external audit firm - and who was the audit partner but more importantly who was the manager (most audit partners are too far removed to do anything but schmooze the Board of Directors trying to get more fees).
• Who is going to do the review, and what experience have they got? (you need someone who has been in the trenches and seen all this crap up close before).
