    I'd probably be upset too if I found out a company I dislike as an investment bothered to and was successful in applying for $500k that it was entitled to.
    Also, if in addition that made me realise the company I like as an investment was probably also entitled to the exact same thing but it appears that they couldn't be bothered filling out what I assume is an online form that takes a few mins.
