Many words of wisdom there IMO. And you are a holder, I like how you see both sides of the coin. A realist. Credit to you Sir.
Please also remember, some of that same Mob were also SELLING and scrambling out the door that very same morning, prior to the Trading Halt being called. Who knows how many? Only they truly know just how many. Some may hold very little now as millions of shares were traded in those few minutes prior to the trading halt being called. Interesting times indeed.......
So depending on just how many shares some now hold, a 5c return (If that was an agreed figure) may seem obsolete in the bigger scheme of things as some have already sold large chunks between 7 and 8.4 cents on that very morning.....
Personally I hope those of you that played follow the leader, and got caught up in the hype on here and paid higher than the last trading price, get a fair return in due course. As some have said, there is no rush for MYL to make decisions with Bawdwin as they are sitting on cash. Disposing of, and exiting the other assets as recently announced is a smart move by John Lamb IMO. It will be interesting to see how things play out with Bawdwin. That is of course presuming they don't just take the asset back. I hope that doesn't happen but in reality of what is currently the status quo, lets face ANYTHING is a possibility.
IMO find a new asset with the cash you still have in the bank and start trading again, have a new outlook. No-one can change what has happened. MYL can still move forward and not just rely on the Myanmar investments. Yet they can still fight their fight in the background, to obtain a fair shareholder return if they choose to exit completely..
To remain in a trading halt for further unforeseen months or even another year as some have suggested, disallowing shareholders the opportunity to buy/sell or whatever they choose to do, seems unfair and does not make sense to me.
I still have many friends invested here and I hope a successful outcome is achieved for all concerned.
Good luck to all holders.
