    Hey Doc,

    massive shame we couldn't get our thing up late last year. $15-20m capital invested from sale proceeds, an acquisition by TSI, pathway to 100% ownership, accelerating the payment bank process and possibly making them a significant player in an NUE bid.

    Them's the breaks I guess.
