I find it hard to believe that the ASX can force a company to commence drilling operations and raise a specified amount of cash before they allow relisting.
OK so they have to know that the company is capable of surviving for a set period, but to make investment decisions on the company's behalf seems a little over the top to me.
Are we now living in a country where Big Brother governs our very movements?
