1MC is paying Mark Holcombe in advance for the services to be supplied, so sounds like a deal is imminent ( I hope ), nevertheless, I hope he deserves to receive the 40m shares which valued at ~A$1.50m:
"Issue of Shares for US Strategic Advisory and Consulting Services
The Company has also entered into an agreement with US based Holcombe Ventures LLC and its principal Mr Mark Holcombe (Holcombe). The focus of the agreement is the provision of strategic market and management advisory services including project generation. Holcombe has an extensive global network, with a particular focus on the battery materials sector.The Agreement provides for a fee payable in shares, therefore as a result, the Board has resolved to issue 40,000,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares to Holcombe for the provision of the service under the agreement."
