A person named Mark Holcombe was recently listed as Senior Advisor at Nebari Holdings (nebari.com). Nebari is US-based boutique consultancy, that seems to be specialized in closing financing deals for smaller mining companies. However Mark is not listed as team member on Nebari web site and this announcement doesn't mention the company, just the person. This could be some independent consulting deal - providing that this is indeed Mark Holcombe that Morella/Altura made a deal with.

This Mark Holcombe on LinkedIn profile lists that his alumni is Colgate University.

So he might be a breath of fresh air.
