Hi Dawzie as I understand they can aquire any shareholding that is not a marketable parcel which means a shareholding with a value of less than $500-00.I think that they have to give the holder a chance to increase his holding first. There would be a lot of holders in this position since the large consolidation back in the RSN days Hope this helps Towie DYOR
