Totally agree. The trick now is to not give the Company away for a song, because after all the pain of the past few years and all the hard work that's been done and SP languishing, it looks like the tech is on the brink of being commercial and useful. It worries me that a predator might swoop and get this for a song.
If anyone at the Company reads these threads I would suggest you sound your shareholders out before doing any dodgy finance deals. I would also be suggesting a raise to existing shareholders that comes with free options with a couple of years time frame at a realistic price to try and ensure future funds. Several companies have done this of late.
