Read the announcement again. They are pushing out the deadline by a few days to clear funds (especially if some instos are interested, they might need a few days to move money around). If they didn't have satisfying numbers, I think they'd push it by a larger timeframe.
The BMR side isn't great news that's for sure, but I think the CR is sorted. We'll know soon enough.
