@Roubi not wanting to be confrontational, but Instos that wanted to be a part of this CR would have done so by the first cut off date. A little explorer like DEV did a CR 2 weeks ago and raised $17.2m in a day and they don't produce anything.
Also 1 December 2020 CHN announced a TH and raised $100m the next day through an Institutional Placement. Again an explorer not a producer.
I would love to be wrong because of the potential success that this relist could bring to all long suffering SH's, but the reality is that the CR hasn't been loved by the market who ultimately call the shots.
