well , I will just highlight what I had highlighted before , that MYL has not completed its end of the bargain. It says today
"The Company advises that the closing date for satisfaction of conditions
precedent to the Agreement has been extended to 30 September 2022."
If the company wanted to be transparent it would have advised sh what would happen if Hartree has to step in and pay the obligations of MYL
