Still makes no sense to me for them to halt the 3D seismic or to not allow it if that is part of what was offered as sole-risked by BRU. It is part of their JV requirements and in all likelihood would help them sell in the event they divest by passing the buck to another company. I’d be happy if they just give it all back to BRU for $1.. they don’t seem to concerned about the tax write-offs.
