It’s not acceptable we have to wait for ORG to divest to a 3rd party in their own sweet time given they clearly came to this conclusion and advised Eric in June. Sole Risk would be a perfect scenario to get the Rafa Proper Test completed, then we can farm it out for 100s of $ms cash ‘n’ carry. Surely the contract cannot be so open ended it allows ORG to take this long to exit.
