A cash and script offer for one of the smaller oil/gas companies that actually have proven reserves and good cash flow. Think of TEG and BAS for example, both currently sitting at rock bottom M/C. Why not approach the Korean company to find out what their interest really is? Management needs to come up with something new and stop playing the same stuck record for the next three.
