I don't understand if they didn't have any intentions...

I don't understand if they didn't have any intentions of bringing this company back into existence then why did they do all those reports, IER, AGM, proxy voting etc. why spending so much money on these matters ? why didn't they just let it die without doing anything? Michael has been replying/responding to our emails for the last nearly 2 years and constantly lying, making things up. This is really hard to believe. We're going to lose our hard earned money and we can't even do anything. sorry for this long message(just really frustrated).
