@huggybear_dk I agree that raising money from owners is usually better than sophs, but it needs to be governed properly given the conflicts that are introduced with debt or preferred instruments. Ask any investment banker or the AICD. Remember also that strong support from external sophs is a good sign. I explained previously the scenario that now presents itself around default. One thing is certain IMO, CDX's inability to raise capital and the current share price has been due to the governance controls. Chair/CEO blaming sophs for not understanding the company is. Their hunger for control is the problem.
