This sticks out to me in a major way, it's been the hold-up not just for MRQ but lots of other companies, due to this tenement being on the coast getting environmental through has been a major problem

From LANQIs point of view MRQ has just got a lot more attractive in my view

All the other tenements are inland so don't have the same hold up at the coastal tenements



As for the tenements up North targeting REE & Uranium they could be on to something as the surrounding tenements all have applications submitted in 2023, these tenements were all on their own for a while there, but are now starting to get surrounded fully, I seem to remember someone saying that they had got their hands on some old data and rushed to get the tenements, maybe now the word has got out ?
