Tafta is a sealed envelope arbitration decision. KCN don't know what's in it. The Thai government don't know either. We'll only know if we decide to take the panel's decision. Otherwise it's the negotiated settlement / kick the can down the road. There's no half half as far as I'm aware. If KCN decides they're happy with the negotiated settlement, then the Tafta envelope goes in the bin and gets burned.
