Don't have any idea what went on behind closed doors but would've thought a vanity project CEO still wet behind the ears taking on a combat decorated Major-General in a winner-take-all fight to the death demonstrated a significant lack of strategic awareness - and as abundantly demonstrated in the way he ran Harvest - ability to execute.
Glad he's gone. Time to move on.
