Actually, check this - as it doesn't seem right, but the EGM Notice of Meeting which states Zaetz and Rogatsky are taking wages as shares at a 50% discount (0.2c) to the current SP (0.3c). So, they value their input as driving the SP down by 50%... 175M shares each (total 350M shares) for their annual wages (two "Executive" Directors), which on the current price of 0.3 cents = $525,000 EACH or $1.05M for the two of them (wages)+ 180m options each. = 175m/1,260m shares issued = 25% of the Company as one year of salary for two "full-time directors"? is this correct? Neither of them has declared any skills or experience in mineral exploration.... what are they up to? + Another 30% of the company as Options with a strike price at only x2 current SP How is this legal?
