This is speculation without proof but your thoughts?
Smart basturds is it burn up all sayona's cash balance to create dirt cheap lithium for PLL. In the meantime they get paid, Sayona runs out of cash in a year. PLL either buy up the remains from the receiver or buy up a cash raise at near nothing?
