If we take Sayona out of this and look at Piedmont. They exited their Atlantic Lithium shares and now Sayona shares. Do you think they are preparing to sell themselves to an investor or partner that is simply trying to buy their offtake agreements?
By eliminating the shares of the companies, they would not have a direct conflict of interest with buyout offer and the shares they represented.
