They won't cap raise in my opinion. Not until after they consolidate the share register , and not until Quebec decides to support one of the next LARGE lithium mining projects in Moblan and / or some funds to advance NAL chemicals with of course a NEW third partner.
Whichever and whatever combination thereof , it is my guess that funding will come via a convertible note facility and NOT straight up additional equity from existing shareholders.
