Why would they need to raise if a Merge/JV/TO was on the cards that would relate to one of the biggest highway robberies of all time...the BoD's would do a serious stint in jail if they did especially if a TO was in the pipeline ...JB/B1 has already stated they are looking to partners for investment and then they have the CG to call and get some form of loan...so imo they dont need to do any raise an certainly not at this stage until either or all of the above avenues are exhausted one would think.
